POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for controlling and receiving F&B items and store inventories through timely feedback and reporting to maximize profitability.
Controls and reconciles food and beverage costs through analysis and inspection of invoices, requisitions, menus, and production.
Responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects.
Responsible to record information and produce control reports periodically to help maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items for the entire hotels and resorts.
S/he also changes the price of menu items based on the costing information they collect and also actively take part in engineering the menu in terms of the pricing.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance related discipline.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years in accounting of which 3 years is in Cost Control in a hotel and restaurant industry.
PREREQUISITES:
Proficiency in oral & written English - A MUST.
Sound knowledge of F&B Cost Control - A MUST.
Preferably with knowledge of EZEE, Fidelio, Sun Financial, Materials Control, Micros, and other POS and back-office system.
Must be physically and mentally fit.

Sheer common sense must be present at all times.

Tactful and very sensitive to guests/clients issues and employee concerns.
Well versed in Excel and other Microsoft Office Application.
