In accordance with the policies, procedures, and standards of Chroma Hospitality, Inc. and Quest Hotel and Conference Center (Quest), and under the supervision of the Financial Controller, the Cost Controller is responsible for the accounting of food and beverage costs and other expenses. The position of Cost Controller is critical as it relates to the hotel's profit goal. Therefore, the Cost Controller (CC) should have extensive knowledge of accounting systems, F&B, and food production, as well as strong leadership capabilities.
The CC supervises the Cost Clerk, Storeroom Supervisor, Storekeeper, and Receiving Clerk and reports to the Financial Controller. He/she also works with the Accounts Payable Department and the Income Auditor.
