Description
The Cost Controller is responsible for supervising, coordinating and participating in the activities of personnel engaged in storing, issuing, accounting and controlling the cost of food, beverage and general supplies within established quality standards. He provides report for daily and monthly cost of F&B as well as all store items inventory. He also provides the Management, Executive Chef total F&B cost of production and sales as well as operating costs of other Department.
