Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the definition of scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Delegate tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Track performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments
Conducts client visits and quality audits on site
Conducts time and motion studies and implementation of proposed systems upgrades and changes
Interpret and review drawings e.g. RCP, network plans, mechanical, structural, and architectural plans
Coordinate with the system design team and technical management group regarding non-compliance issues
Documents all QA findings, analyses possible root causes, develops a monitoring system, and formulate suggested corrective and preventive actions
Ensure that checking is done on a timely manner to meet date of submissions
Willing to do site visit.
