COST ANALYST / ESTIMATOR
Responsibilities and Duties
Makes Bill of Quotation
Recommend and direct changes in operating procedures to improve efficiencies in payment and procurement processes.
When necessary, offer analytical support for departmental projects.
Coordinate with management to ensure cost forecasting reports are consistently checked and applied.
Monitor and document actual and estimate reports.
Stay up-to-date on project budgets and project spending.
Examine data to help with reducing costs in all operations.
Analyze the market and identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
Contribute to developing yearly operation plans, budgets, and estimating new product costs, including economic analysis.
Give suggestions for money-saving strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer or related field of study.
Accepts Fresh Graduates
With advanced working knowledge in MS Excel for data and number crunching;
Demonstrates excellent analytical skills, an eye for detail and good presentation skills;
A team player - highly collaborative, accountable, open-minded who likes to work in a rapid and agile way.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Must be efficient, well-organized and can work under pressure
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a multi-tasking environment
Willing to work in the warehouse office from Monday to Friday
