cost ACCOUNTING SUPERVISORCITIZEN FINEDEVICE PHILIPPINES CORP.

1. Responsible in the monthly analysis of Cost of Production reports, details and analysis. Assists and coordinate with Accounting Supervisor and General Manager in the preparation of analyses and schedule for Financial Statement.
2. Manage the team which produces and analyses all costs data for actuals, monthly forecast and annual budget
3. Maintain the integrity of the internal control environment around the month end process.
4. Checks/review entries made related to Importation of Raw Materials and Indirect Materials as well as the local purchases.
5. Analyze production summary or monthly reports based on the data extracted from the inventory system. Match WIP materials from the Input against Output and check the discrepancy occurred from the system. Coordinate with Production Control for any unusual movement.
6. Prepares the following: Monthly Raw Materials movement per type, Raw Materials Landed Cost, Cost of Production Report per Production Segment and Manufacturing overhead (if applicable)
7. Reconciles monthly inventory list of materials (PPIC vs Accounting) e.g Indirect Materials, Raw Materials, Work in Process and Finished Goods Inventory.
8. Runs and encodes Journal Vouchers related to costing.
9. Provide support during the annual audit process by working with the auditors to answer queries and provide analysis as required in a timely manner.
10. Prepares annual inventory list of materials for submission to BIR.
11. Overall in Charge in Fixed Asset Management.
a. In charge in checking and running of depreciation of fixed assets in QAD System every month to assure that every asset is properly depreciated according to company policy.
b. Schedules the Fixed Asset Inventory based on the policy and guidelines.
