Collecting and analyzing data about the company's operational costs.
Setting up and calculation of Standard Cost including revision.
Review and monitor changes of Cost structure and update Standard Cost if applicable.
Preparation of Statement of Cost of Goods Manufactured and Sold of Ice Cream and Dairy Business Unit.
Carrying out cost-volume-provit (CVP) Analysis and Break-even Analysis.
Calculate the correct Cost to Produce and Cost to Sell (BOM) per SKU.
Calculate the updated cost structure in view of the innovation of Finished Goods.
Revision of the Standard Cost if new formulation/new product is introduced.
Revision of the Standard Cost in view of the innovation of packaging and bottling materials.
Work and coordinate with the Opearation Team in their Monthly Budget.
Perform variance anlaysis in all aspects, example: Usage Variance, etc.
