· In-charge for Inventory count and reconciliation entries;
· Responsible for Monthly COP generation and product costing and relevant closing entries;
· Reviewer and daily posting of Raw Material Purchases;
· RM vendor reconciliation in charge;
· Review and posting of Material receiving and issuance in the Stockroom;
· Generates monthly reports from SAP B1 based from Audit Requirement Schedules and as listed on Annex B;
· Liaison personnel for all information related to Raw Material, COS, and product costing;
· Liaison personnel for BIR, LOA, WTW, and SEC submissions;
· SAP BP master authorized and item authorized for Inventory items excluding PPE's;
· Other ad-hoc requests generally related to the accounts responsible for as per Annex C;
· Other tasks as instructed by the head of Finance
