About the Job:
Prepare regular finance reviews for operations team per product line to continuously help improve the factory's cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly Yield, scrap and manufacturing loss reports.
Complete Cost Accounting activities for month-end closing.
Analyze Variances like PPV, MUV, absorption and E&O to support the business decision
Prepares reports summarizing cost analysis and trends vs Plan/Forecast
Assist in preparation of Annual Plan/Budget & Forecast and updates standard cost.
Other duties as assigned.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
With at least Three relevant experience
Familiarity with Standard Costing and other Cost Accounting analysis and reports
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
Proficient in using MS Office applications particularly on Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Enthusiastic and with strong work ethic
Excellent team player and can work gracefully even under pressure
Experience in using SAP and working in audit/electronics/semiconductor industry is an advantage
