Qualifications:
• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,
or related field and preferably CPA;
• With at least 2-5 years experience;
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills;
• Good communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ordering inventory, supplies, equipment and services for all departments
• Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with
company policies and procedures
• Prepare purchase request (PR) based from analysis and actual inventories
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries,
and services with suppliers. Negotiate price (elevate similar concerns to higher authority as needed)
• Update information relating to the supplier such as about qualification, product, delivery time, after
sales service, payment method, potential development, etc. at all times to be able to select the most
suitable one
