PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

relevant vocational/trade courses. Having a Bachelor's degree is an
advantage.
Experience : Four (4) years of relevant and progressive work experience in planning,
monitoring and evaluation or project/program development and management.
Training : 24 hours of relevant training.
JOB SUMMARY
In charge of day-to-day operation and management of the national database system and provides consolidated data to Monitors, Program Evaluators and Operations Division.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Provide inputs to the DSWD Strategic Plan and HPMES.
Provide assistance to the PEO IV for planning in the formulation, consolidation, and updating of the program's annual and medium-term plans aligned with DSWD and government cluster plans and commitments.
Develop and update the planning and reporting process of the KC-NCDDP.
Provide technical support in the development and implementation of risk management and integrity management plans.
Provide inputs to the Successor Program proposal (including monitoring data with analysis, and evaluation results).
Document and create visualization of the new organizational structure and system and business process.
Assist in activities towards enhancement of manuals to conform to Department and Program standards and principles.
Prepare and consolidate progress reports for management and relevant agencies, in accordance with approved reporting formats and timing.
Provide assistance in the review and enhancement of data collection systems and forms in terms of relevance and utility.
Provide assistance in program assessment activities and learning sessions.
Provide inputs to proposals for third party thematic or special studies focusing on NCDDP impact to key result areas and possible process enhancements.
Technical support to Planning TWGs.
Report to office beyond approved work arrangements that may be instructed by the supervisors and deemed necessary in the exercise of duties and responsibilities.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Job Outputs:
1. Draft inputs to the DSWD Strategic Plan and Harmonized Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation System.
2. Draft inputs to the OPG-Promotive Cluster Strategic Plan.
3. Inputs to the planning and reporting process of the KC-NCDDP.
4. Reporting templates for regular reports.
5. Inputs to the enhancement of program theory of change and logical framework.
6. Inputs to the risk management plan and integrity management plan.
7. Inputs to the Successor Program proposal (including monitoring data with analysis, and
evaluation results).
8. Documentation and visualization of organizational structure and system and business
process.
9. Updated manuals to conform to Department standards.
10. Program assessments and learning sessions conducted.
11. Inputs to study proposals, research designs, and terms of reference.
12. Technical support to Planning TWGs.
