CORPORATE TREASURER
 
SALARY RANGE: 100,000- 150,000 /month
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Corporate treasurers' primary responsibilities involve analysis and oversight of risk management, fiscal control and reporting, corporate accounting and finance and taxation reporting. They also manage business investments, corporate banking and lines of credit, as well as cash holdings. Corporate treasurers gather information from reports, hold meetings with colleagues, cultivate relationships with banking and financial services representatives that work with the company and develop company financial policies and budgets as needed.
Managing daily cash balances and trading in the financial markets
Ensuring that a company's cash flow allows it to operate effectively
Forecasting payments and anticipating challenges from limited cash flow
Undertaking risk management activities to protect financial well-being
Analysing impact of financial markets on performance of products or services
Making decisions about the use of company finances
Progressing financial projects, such as the acquisition of another business
Evaluating the financial impact of new business ventures
Negotiating loan or overdraft terms with company bankers
Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial or treasury knowledge
Liaising with other departments on a range of issues
Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole
Supervising, and taking responsibility for, more junior members of staff
Liaising with bankers and investors to maintain positive working relationships
Keeping up to date with financial and industry developments
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a degree holder in BS Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant
With proven working experience as Corporate Treasurer for at least 4 years
Experience in an international manufacturing firm is a must
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting softwares and database
With high ability to manipulate large amount of data and to compile detailed reports
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, for liaising with senior management, operational staff and company bankers and investors
Need to feel comfortable working in an international environment
High trustworthy and with sound independent judgment
SPECIFIC WORK LOCATION: Within Philippines and Remote Work
