The Office of the PGSC Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for a diverse set of responsibilities in the management of the service center's operations: Oversight & Controls, Capacity Management & Business Initiatives, Real Estate, Security, Asset Management, Business Services, and Dining Services.
General Job Responsibility
Under the direction of the PGSC CAO, the Cebu Site Manager will perform a key role in ensuring that administrative, corporate, and employee services are provided in an effective and efficient manner to support the operations and strategic objectives of the location. The role will lead and coordinate across lines of businesses with regard to strengthening hub governance and management.
Key Responsibilities
· Provides overall oversight for all corporate functions in Cebu Leads the overall administration of the Cebu sites, buildings, infrastructure, and facilities.
· Collaborates across business and corporate functions within the Philippine Global Service Center and other offshore locations.
· Oversees the administrative, operations, corporate, and employee-related services for the site.
· Manages the safety and maintenance of designated sites and ensuring that these are in compliance with all applicable regulations.
· Recommends and coordinates improvements as needed to ensure a safe, functional, and conducive work environment.
· Works with the corporate services leads and acts as a single point of contact for the site.
· Acts as liaison for government agencies, external parties, and philanthropic organizations.
· Institutes oversight and controls into the location model.
· Works with the Communications and HR Teams in planning and coordinating site-specific events and activities.
· Leads key location initiatives, providing project management support, governance and reporting. This includes stakeholder communication, establishing full and common understanding of the goals and objectives, leading executive meetings and facilitating decision making.
Key Competencies
The Site Manager will have experience in managing an administrative and/or operations function and a proven track record of implementing programs that deliver a tangible business value using the appropriate quality management tools and methodology.

· Ability to maneuver within a matrix organization to achieve project objectives
· Adapts well to increasing scope and complexity of work brought on by business growth
· Experience implementing new roll outs, application, initiatives and large deployments
· Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Expresses thoughts and ideas clearly.
· Independent logical problem solver; Analytical ability to synthesize data and project outcomes

· Effective team player with proven leadership skills
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business or any related field; MBA or post-graduate degree preferred
· 11 - 13 years work experience with
5 years in leadership role with people management experience
· 4 - 5 years of proven experience in a similar role is preferred
· Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills with a strong orientation to detail
· Expert knowledge and skills in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel (in its full capability).
· Experience in administrative, operations, or governance roles/ Financial services industry or captive shared services operations preferred
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
· Strong understanding of site governance operations and metrics
