About the Role
Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through a network of agents to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives
1. Manages the end to end tactical CS Sales initiatives in assigned area including conceptualization, design, implementation, and tracking to support the overall CS Agency strategies and organizational business growth
2. Overall lead for Agency activation and productivity in assigned Area to expand and grow CS Active sellers and enable their productivity
3. Responsible for the execution of Activity Management and business reviews in assigned agencies
4. Works in partnership with Agency DOAs and BDMs to ensure successful implemenatation
5. Accountable as single CS Agency POC for advisors and clients and is responsible for the ff:
a. responsible to the pricing, proposal generation & negotiation to generate new and support business growth of the CS Agency Channel
b. Responsible in ensuring CS business sustainability through the best in class advisors & client servicing including billing, issuance, collections, renewals, commission crediting & the like.
6. Oversees CS operation of assigned area such as Agency team meetings to provide clear communication of company policies, sales incentives, campaign promotions, product marketing and performance update and the like.
7. Provide relevant feedback to other teams from day to day observations & feedback from the team
8. Performs other duties from time to time in order to meet operational requirements.
