CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY SITE OFFICER
 
Job Responsiblities:
Develops and maintains healthy relationship with key stakeholders (LGU officials and NGO's) 
Participates in the development of strategies and approaches to deal with disputes involving resources companies and local communities
Coordinates with 3rd party institutions and community members in the implementation of the company programs
Will work alongside with the PCO/CSR of the sites and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager
Creates and stregthens effective linkages and good relationship with neighboring communities, barangays, city, provincial and regional government units
Take the lead in mobilizing the community on various campaign and issues for the promotion of the development thrusts and programs of the company 
Recognize issues and potential problems, develop/research relevant facts, formulate alternative solutions and makes appropriate decisions based on analysis
Monitors emerging issues, local laws and ordinances that may impact on CSR work in the community and on company PR
Qualifications: 
College graduate in Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Studies, Administration, PR, Communication and Arts, Social Sciences, Psychology, Environmental Science, or any related field
Able to communicate effectively
Able to deal with people from diverse social and social and economic background
Experience in dealing with LGUs and NGOs
Experience in community development 
Knowledge in community building, events planning, social media management, or similar function
