Reporting to the Head of the Corporate Services and Facilities Management Department(CSFMD), the successful candidate will be responsible in the preparation of all related works from conceptualization until completion of projects under CSFMD. He/She will ensure that all projects are implemented on time, budgets are disbursed accordingly, and projects are performed according to NGCP standards.
Manages the timely execution of project related activities through different functional groups;
Ensures that all project requirements are identified including all possible risk and the project will be delivered within specified cost, timeline, and quality;
Defines, corrects or updates the existing standards of NGCP in terms of Civil Works aspect; and
Reviews and approves pertinent documents pertaining to facilities design
Requirements:
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture
Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
At least two (2) years relevant experience (supervisorial and management experience is an advantage)
Proficient in Project Management, MS Project or Primavera and AutoCAD
Good oral and written communication skills both in English and Filipino;
Highly analytical and with good problem solving and decision-making skills
