Job Description
Responsible for overseeing administrative operations/systems, ensuring seamless and efficient flow.
Involves in facilitating communication and training of staffs for further development and compliance with manpower requirements.
Responsible for ensuring that employees conform to the firm's policies and procedures from an operations and service perspective, including labor laws, wage laws, and OSHA.
Provides operational support, and research, and advice to senior management on administrative matters such as staff management, financial planning, and facilities management.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Engineering(Electrical/Electronic); Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
Experience in a mechanical & electrical oriented company is an advantage but not required.
