CORPORATE SALES & MARKETING OFFICER
 
Summary 
 
The Corporate Sales & Marketing Officer establishes rapport and product confidence with corporate customers like coffee shops, restaurants, and retail outlets. He /She is expected to grow the corporate customer base of Bread Funatics.
 
Functions
Creatively develops marketing strategies and customer acquisition plans to increase brand awareness
Contacts new corporate customers and grow existing customer order values and order frequency.
Maintains engagement with corporate clients by tracking customer satisfaction, suggestions for improved service, customer referrals, reorder reminder calls, current and future product requirement, and product information.
Relay customer needs and problems to management as soon as there is any.
Constantly updates his/her knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, various marketing promotional services, and similar data as required.
Accounts receivable management.
Qualifications
A college graduate of any course
Undergraduates with experience can apply
Has Driver's license (1, 2, 3), preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Proven sales aptitude is a must
Good communication skills, computer literate
Has a high sense of pride, responsibility and integrity
Willing to undergo training.
