Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Can start immediately.
- Willing to do Fieldwork.
Responsibilities:
- Acquires new accounts and upsells new services/products by maintaining relationship with existing accounts.
- Generates a monthly action plan aligned with the sales strategies to ensure achievement of objectives.
- Submits daily, weekly sales reports to the Immediate Superior.
- Ensures that the account pipelines/mailing list are consistently updated and monitored.
- Ensures completeness and maintenance of accounts master list.
- Prepares proposals and other correspondences to prospective clients
- Do constant follow-up on sales lead.
- Nominates areas/buildings that have potential business requirements
- Establishes and maintains good relationships with any existing and potential clients.
- Provides immediate superior feedback on the changing market conditions, trends in the competition
- Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and co-employees.
