Duties and Responsibilities:
Discuss and establish qualification requirements and terms and conditions with managers vis-a-vis the role's job description.
Employs best-targeted sourcing techniques to ensure we find the right fit
Uses web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with candidates during the hiring process
Coordinate closely with the Marketing Department for the timely posting of ads on the company's social media accounts
Paper screens candidates and validates interview schedules (until the team expands)
Coaches and advises on interviewing techniques
Designs, implements, and oversees recruitment procedures
Reviews recruitment software & recommends the best option for the company's needs
Researches and recommends job advertising options
Anticipates future staffing needs based on company expansion programs by coordinating with the hiring managers (forecasting future hiring needs)
Builds the company's professional network through relationships with other HR or recruitment professionals, organizations, etc.
Keeps track of the recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.)
Conducts interviews with job applicants and create a shortlist of suitable candidates applicable
Serves as a go-between for candidates and the hiring managers
Produce reports on hiring plans and strategies
Coordinates with the Staff Development team for the hand-over of the new hire for the comprehensive Onboarding Program
Performs ad hoc-related tasks as assigned
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Clock in at 8 am
Checks and responds to emails (1 hour)
Head in the Game (Check Plan for the Day and adjust accordingly based on updates, emails, etc.)
Review personal and department tasks/calendar
Randomly checks in on Sourcing and Recruitment Specialists
Conducts interviews and endorses when applicable
Checks all trackers as needed and updates metrics
Check-in with Hiring Managers
Write EOD
Plan for the next day

Must-have Skills / Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related course
At least 5 years experience in recruitment (sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates) and HR work
Ability to work independently within a team
Excellent analytical skills in examining resumes and finding the best-suited candidates
Proficient writing skills to produce reports on hiring analyses
Must be highly detail-oriented and organized
Must be able to understand organizational priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from the manager to accomplish objectives
Values teamwork
Takes initiative and has a high sense of accountability
Ability to work effectively during times of organizational stress, ambiguity, and change
Proficiency with G-suite, MS Office, Canva, and other sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of independent contractors, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving and results
Ability to manage time and work with tight deadlines and multiple projects at once

At least 5 years experience in recruitment
