We are looking for a Corporate Planning Analyst who will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and supporting decision-making processes within the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, market trends, and operational metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various departments to engage in strategic planning endeavors, aiming to establish the goals and strategies for the upcoming fiscal term
Organize Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reviews across different departments to evaluate the current progress of KPIs and strategies implemented for the termTop of Form
Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management about the progress
Conduct financial analysis to evaluate company performance and identify areas for improvement
Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management to communicate findings and recommendations
Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify emerging trends and opportunities
Job Qualifications:
With a bachelors' degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field
With experience in financial analysis and strategic planning in a manufacturing environment
With experience working as a Production Engineer or Process Engineer, is a plus
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
