Providing direct patient care: This involves assessing patient needs, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, dressing wounds, and assisting with personal hygiene.
Record physical findings, and formulate a plan and prognosis, based on the patient's condition.
Maintain complete medical records, including history, physical exams, and telephone message summaries timely and accurately.
Preparing, recording and maintaining of Medicines & Equipment, making sure treatment room are fully operational.
Manage and coordinate the whole process all the preemployment medical and annual physical exams, and keep track, records and follow up the cases
Manage and coordinate the whole process of HMO with the HMO supplier, regarding, inclusions, exclusions, records, and any other related task
Manage and coordinate the whole process of employee's sick leave, including tracker and monitor employee's health condition
Educating patients: Nurses provide information and education to patients about their conditions, medications, and treatment plans. They may also provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
Managing patient records with full confidentiality: Nurses are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes. Prepare an annual medical report, using form DOLE/BWC/HSD/OH-47.
Responding to emergencies: Nurses are trained to handle emergency situations and provide immediate care to patients in critical conditions. They may perform life-saving interventions, such as CPR or administering emergency medications.
Adhering to DOLE protocols and standards: Nurses follow established protocols, guidelines, and ethical standards to ensure patient safety and quality care.
Supporting patients emotional and psychological needs: Nurses provide emotional support to patients , offering reassurance, empathy, and counseling during challenging times.
Promoting health and wellness: Nurses play a crucial role in promoting health and wellness in the company by conducting health screenings, and health education programs.
Provide advice on patient condition and reports directly to the OHS.
Identifies hazards in the workplace; recommends ways to reduce and prevent hazardous exposures on the job.
Maintains current knowledge of medical safety best practices.
