Ensures proper monitoring and administration of medical benefits/claims of all employees.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Provides first aid to employees and accompanies personnel to medical establishments during emergencies and/or as necessary.
2. Monitors and records illnesses and injuries of employees inside the office/depot.
Handles administration of Health Mutual Organization (HMO) of regular employees
3. Ensures all regular employees are enrolled under the company's Health Mutual Organization (HMO) provider
a. Facilitates enrollment of employee's dependents, if any. Monitors deduction of premiums
b. Ensures excess Maximum Benefit Limit (MBL) are properly charged. Notifies employee, who have met or exceeded the maximum benefit limit
c. Checks and prepares payment request for health card premiums
4. Assists the visiting physician during monthly medical consultations, in coordination with the company's Health Mutual Organization (HMO) provider.
5. Coordinates with accredited hospitals and facilitates Annual Physical Examination (APE) and drug testing for all regular employees.
6. Ensures availability of medicine supplies in all offices and depots nationwide.
7. Facilitates requisition and release of reimbursement of advanced sickness and maternity benefits of employees.
8. Assists employees regarding Philippine Health Insurance (Philhealth) benefits.
9. Promotes employees well-being through various health awareness programs and information dissemination.
10. Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time
