Job Overview:
 
The Corporate Manager at The Company Cebu will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our co-working space. This position encompasses responsibilities related to financial oversight, accounting, and administrative tasks. The Corporate Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment while managing resources and driving financial performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Financial Oversight:
Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and financial performance indicators.
Implement cost-control measures while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for management and stakeholders.
Accounting:
Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Review and maintain the accuracy of all bills, invoices, tax reports, remittances, and payments made to external organizations.
Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping in compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with external accountants and auditors for periodic financial reviews.
Maintain financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Ensure the accuracy of all accounts in Xero through the timely reconciliation of all accounts and correct entries created by personnel on a daily basis.
Provide necessary coaching and training sessions for staff regarding accounting matters.
Improve the accounting system.
Manage the appropriate payment gateways.
Track and categorize expenses, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Collaborate with external accountants and auditors, as well as the internal team, during financial reviews.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
Administrative Tasks:
Oversee administrative processes, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Process yearly business renewals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
At least 3 years of experience in accounting, financial management, business processes or related roles.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Xero and Google Suite
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
