JOB DESCRIPTION
 
As the Corporate Employee Discipline Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's and it's subsidiaries' disciplinary due process to maintain a professional, respectful, and compliant work environment. You will work closely with employees and management to ensure that company policies are followed and that disciplinary actions are handled fairly and consistently.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor disciplinary policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and labor laws
Investigate employee misconduct, gather evidence, and conduct disciplinary hearings
Provide guidance to managers and employees on disciplinary matters
Draft and issue disciplinary notices, memoranda, and other documentation
Ensure consistent application of disciplinary measures across all departments
Maintain accurate records of disciplinary cases and outcomes
Educate and train employees on company policies and employee conduct expectations
Collaborate with legal and HR teams to ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws
Prepare reports and analysis on employee discipline trends to identify areas for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2-3 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, or human resources
Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary processes in the Philippines
Excellent investigative and conflict resolution skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with discretion
Proficiency in using HRIS and case management systems is an advantage
