Issuing Disclosure Document
Issuing Franchise Agreements for Franchise Candidates
Performing Prospect background Checks (Bankruptcy, Properties and Licenses)
Prepares Fortnightly, monthly Board, quarterly, regional meeting and Franchise Sales Reports for the Franchise Director
Prepares BDM report (Statistics and Numbers)
Audit Compliance - Records business entity documentation, certificates of insurance, leases and other documentation from franchisees to ensure all files are up-to-date and complete
Breach Notices (Breach letters)
Coordinating with head office in ensuring they are aware of status of sales, resales and renewals / Coordinating the execution of new franchise sales, resales & renewals
Updating all internal systems as necessary and as a result of a sale, resale or renewal.
Participation in meetings, online conferences and other similar events
Credit Card Reconcilliation

Assist the Membership and Partner Co-ordinator for the Member Forms
