Job Descriptions
Closely monitors cost for all of the organization's projects.
Weekly Checks of Contractor's Billing.
Prepares management reports (P & L projects & Cost Variances)
Preparation of admin expense monitoring (Construction Admin Personnel)
Site Visit for verifying the data been recorded.
Monitoring of Job Order transactions.
Monitoring the data in Billing System (Site) been reconciled with the data been recorded in the Accounting System (QB).
Validates/Audits actual accomplishment per Engineering report & Contractor's billing.
Guides, Mentors, Coaches Accounting Staff (Site Accounting) to achieve set targets and towards their career growth.
Job Qualifications
A graduate of Bachelors of Science in Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Keen attention to details
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using MS Office Applications
