Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related field
Equivalent Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
Possess active listening skills with a keen attention to details
At least one (1-2) years working experience in related field
With good oral and written communication skills
Highly organized and with proven ability to work in fast-paced environment & Willing to work for extended hours

Duties and responsibilities:
Acting as the client advocate and charged with maximizing customer satisfaction, account penetration and profitability in selected accounts, this position is directly responsible for the coordination and orchestration of all internal resources
Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executive sponsors) in assigned customer accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, finance, logistics, production and other management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by your superior from time to time
