Job Description Operations and maintenance of core site network elements, support facilities, and site premise. (24/7 shifting schedule)
1. Operate and maintain all network elements, core and non-core, within the assigned premise to ensure system and service availability and to comply to the appropriate quality and standards.
2. Respond, troubleshoot, escalate, and correct system abnormalities, perform first level troubleshooting and work and coordinate with other teams if necessary. 3. Manage and oversee operations and maintenance of site premise and support facilities to ensure proper appearance and operations and to comply to the appropriate quality and standards.
4. Conduct Health Check routines and Preventive Maintenance of all network elements within the AOR including system backups and file backups.
5. Provide activity support to operations activities and project support to network and facility rollout and enhancement projects.
