Job Description
Digital copywriter is an impeccable communicator, with a knack for understanding their audience and using the right messages to engage, influence and inspire both emotion and action. This role will directly work with our product, marketing and growth teams to craft copy for digital media: apps, website, emails, newsletters, in-app notifications, SMS and social media. The value in the role is not only in creating engaging copy but also being able to strategically approach and craft each piece balancing between digital best practice, customer impact and growth objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
Craft messaging for a variety of audiences and channels, including but not limited to app, website, email, social media, and SMS
Interpret strategic direction and capture communication objectives into persuasive copy
Understand customer trends and use industry analysis to better understand customer behavior and apply insights to tailor content creation.
egularly review always-on copy and recommend improvements and updates to keep communication fresh and relevant.
