Duties and Responsibilities:
• Copywriting (all forms - see the SERVICES page)
• Communicating with clients via phone and email to discuss briefs, quotes and payments
• Managing customers
• Project management of multiple concurrent projects ensuring all deadlines are met
• Researching subject matter at all stages of the project cycle
• Social Media platform management (both internal and client)
• Proofreading draft and final documents as quality control
• Completing training courses to upskill for specific tasks
• Documenting all training and procedures
• Fill in for the Marketing Assistant when needed
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
• Experience in proofreading, content writing and editing
• Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Apps
• Ability to write and edit in English (Proofreading)
• Passion for Writing
• Happy to research content
• The ability to learn quickly
• Excellent English skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects would be an advantage
• Ideally with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in copywriting, marketing and/or any similar role
• General Marketing knowledge in order to understand target audience would be an advantage
