Job Summary
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitates and supports participants enrolled in Qualfon's Learning and/or internal Leadership Development programs
Offers regular support and encouragement
Follows up with students to make sure they meet essential deadlines
Provides learners with preliminary resources related to learning opportunities (profile of online learners, information on Qualfon learning opportunities, etc.)
Helps the student identify learning courses or programs that most align with their personal and professional needs and goals
Helps the learner identify and meet information technology requirements for their programs
Helps the student establish personalized goals, objectives and strategies
Communicates with each student on a regular basis to inspire and engage learning
2. Building relationships with the learner and Operational Leadership
Maintains communication with the learner through their educational experience by accompanying learners from the moment they begin considering their learning/development selections until they achieve their goals and successfully complete their learning experience
Provides mentoring, coaching, and counseling to learner
Fosters relationships and maintains communication with Operational and Mission Office Leadership
3. Information processing and follow up
Regularly updates and maintains required reports
Keeps current on technical, online learning and adult learning trends and disseminates the information to learners and staff
Provides constructive feedback to platform designers
Summarizes and makes recommendations for future learning plans/experiences

Qualifications:
Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in English (Speaking, reading, writing)
Possesses characteristics that align with Qualfon's Mission and STRIDES values
Proven strong communication skills across multiple platforms (in person, email, chat, etc.)
Basic knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)
Comfortable with public speaking
