Job Description
He shall provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Operations Department to ensure smooth running of the Operation activities
He shall perform data-entry recording, printing and filling duties
He shall maintain a proper and user-friendly filing & documents control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the Operations team (including Violations reports etc.)
He shall undertake any ad-hoc administration projects/duties as required (for e.g., creating files for the Training and Certificate of Operation and following up on the ID's with the relevant/responsible Personnel
He shall ensure that equipment is dispatched on a timely manner as per the ETA provided by requestor from another department or Client.
Ensure to track routes via GPS tracking system to check on the whereabouts of our equipment and keep the requestor/Client information on the exact ETA.
Review and arrange all Operational paperwork including of Operators log sheets, Overtime & Timesheets/Waybillss
Record the operation of Operations and address/escalate it to the relevant personnel/department to take care those issues
Maintains Operations accountability. Conducts random audit/inspections of equipment's & Assesses training need and schedules for appropriate action
Maintain effective working relationship with all the operations & co-workers from other departments
He shall perform assigned tasks efficiently and accurately and create and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Also have experience in Transportation Operation
Understand the mobilization of heavy trucks/Coordination with drivers etc.
