POSITION SUMMARY:
Perform administrative duties including work order administration, Supply Chain Award Program, Invoice submittal and maintenance, IID resolution, act as receiver in JDE, business center chargeback report processing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist with Task Order processing and ensure all executed Task Orders are sent to the legal repository.
2. Manage the Supply Chain Awards Program and provide quarterly updates.
3. Assist in submitting invoices into Tungsten until PO process is in place.
4. Act as the receiver of Purchase Orders for all Workplace Solutions.
5. Resolves IIDs in a timely manner and follows procurement procedures to minimize the number of IIDs.
6. Become a subject matter expert on the PO process and supplier responsibilities.
7. Monitor supplier ASN performance and report out against the results.
8. Run the monthly business center chargeback report
9. Organization is imperative.
10. Occasionally, may need to assist in the Business Center.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow all financial guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma required, some college preferred.
2. Three or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Tungsten a must.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
1. Ability to work with a variety of business leaders and manage their expectations with limited resources. Ability to collaborate with participating staff to ensure a positive end result to all projects.
2. Must be a quick thinker; able to examine a problem situation and come up with solutions in a prompt and professional manner.
3. Exhibits excellent communication skills with customers, management, office personnel, and fellow employees. Must be able to take direction from management.
4. Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
5. Ability to solve practical problems; deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
6. Ability to interpret a variety of instruction furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form.
7. Able to communicate verbally and in writing.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
