Job Description
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
Assist in planning menus, taking into account dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients.
Order, receive, and properly store food supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
Utilize various cooking methods, including grilling, baking, sautéing, and frying.
Ensure dishes are presented attractively and are garnished appropriately before serving.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations, following health and safety regulations.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, and fryers.
Work closely with other kitchen staff and communicate effectively to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a 4 to 5 star hotel or alternative of 2 contracts on a cruise ship
Willing to undergo 4-6 months German language training
