Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher.
Food handling certification is preferred.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen
Monitor, maintain, and will purchase kitchen supplies (ex. meat, ingredients, other kitchen supplies)
Acts as a dishwasher when kitchen does not have orders
Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
Proven experience working as a Cook.
The ability to follow recipes.
The ability to work in a team.
The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Willing to be trained, to travel, and to be based in different GV Hotel locations
Can work under limited or minimal supervision, organized and tidy
Show qualities of Leadership, Initiative, Honesty, and Hard work.
Willing to take on new Challenges, with a Smile.
