About the Role: COOK will be assigned in Cebu Safari and Adventure Park Brgy. Corte, Carmen Cebu
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages all the day-to-day operations in the kitchen and coordinates with the other chefs.
Lead in preparing a variety of food for Cebu Safari outlets.
Responsible for monitoring the inventory of the ingredients, supplies and equipment.
Ensures the food safety regulations in the Kitchen Department.
Capable of creating new seasonal recipes and menus in line with the latest trends to attract more guests.
Time management skills to carry orders on schedule and control in avoiding wasting food.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be a graduate of Culinary, HRM and other relevant courses.
Must have 2 to 3 years of work experience as a line cook in a hotel / resort or a food chain
Good communication skills.
Willing to be assigned in Carmen Cebu
Can work ASAP.
