Requirements:
Graduate of a Culinary course or equivalent
Has at least 6 months experience/practicum in the hot/cold kitchen
Preferably has experience in Asian and Western cuisine (pastas, salads, sandwiches, and entrees)
Has an understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Sets-up mise-en-place for various meal periods
Ability to work under pressure while being organized and systematic
Amenable to work on overtime/shifting schedule
Willing to be trained and with a sense of responsibility
