QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BSHRM or any 2-year related Course
At least 2-3 years minimum experience in cooking
Can cook either Taiwanese, Japanese, Korean and others
With Culinary Certificate or equivalent is a plus
Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed
Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations
Monitoring inventory & purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors
Identifying and introducing new culinary techniques
Can work well under pressure with less supervision
Honest, Loyal and hardworking
Attention to details and has the dedication to serve customers quickly with accuracy
