Job Description
Prepare all food items to be served throughout the day, including prepping ingredients for special orders and assembling prepared food items on trays or in food warmers.
Properly sanitize and wash all equipment used to handle and serve food. This includes but not limited to food processing equipment, food warming equipment, cutting boards, and dish cloth materials
Maintain a professional appearance throughout the work day, including adhering to dress codes, wearing the proper professional attire, and keeping the kitchen work area neat and clean at all times
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
Responsibilities include the proper preparation and presentation of all food items. This includes washing and sanitizing all equipment used to handle and serve food, preparing and portioning out all food items to the team's standards.
