Job Qualifications
Knowledgeable and skilled in menu planning, dish preparation, yield management, and mise-en-place
Adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Has a keen eye for detail.
Has a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any job-related course work.
At least 2 years work related skill, knowledge, and experience for undergraduate.
