Job Description
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar position in Saudi Arabia or in GCC.
Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes, including appetizers, entrées, soups, salads, and desserts, while adhering to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
Execute cooking techniques that reflect Continental cuisine, such as sautéing, braising, roasting, and baking, to achieve authentic and flavorful results.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes during service hours.
Create and maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for Continental-inspired dishes that align with seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the Sous Chef and culinary team to maintain accurate inventory records and manage ingredient procurement.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
Plate dishes attractively, paying attention to color, arrangement, and presentation to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Degree or Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
