Job Description
• Read the daily operation checklist from the day before and the current day. • Make sure the section is clean and the work surface is sanitized. • Check stock levels and expiry dates.
• Follow FIFO (first-in-first-out). • Organize chiller, and check if it is clean. • Take an inventory and inform manager on duty for any 86 items
• Prepare ingredients. • Prepare pita bread for falafel sandwich. • Prepare back up especially during rush
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
