Job Description:
 
Administers and is involved in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foods. Develop and systemize menu items, order supplies, and keep inventory.
 
Qualifications:
Has an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any job-related course work.
Fresh Graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply
Related work experience is not needed but is an advantage.
Knowledgeable and skilled in menu planning, dish preparation, yield management, and mise-en-place
Has a keen eye for detail.
Adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings.
Good customer service skills.
Physically fit and healthy.
