Rotisserie – Whole Chicken
Deep Frying
Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Assist in cooking menu items on cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Follow instructions from head of kitchen
Assist in cleaning up station and taking care of leftover food
Assist in stocking inventory appropriately
Ensure that food and packs are dispatched in high quality and in timely fashion
Comply nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
