Key Responsibilities
Production of all items with the correct recipe card and procedure, correct quantity and of good quality.
Ensures to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness inside the kitchen
Creates and implements new menu ideas
Control the cost and wastages to meet target budget specifications
Ensures timely and quality service of the food for production, menu items according to service specifications and guest expectations.
Qualifications
At least High School graduate with at least 5 years experience as a Cook specializing in Chinese, korean, filipino, and western cuisine.
Highly knowledgeable about food safety and GMP standards
The position is a restaurant-based post.
Must be willing to render shifting schedule with 6 days work week.
