Responsible for the reconciliation of monthly conversion report submitted to Pag-IBIG Fund.
Responsible for the budget request of the following real estate taxes:
Expanded Withholding Tax (1606)
Documentary Stamp Tax (2000-OT)
DST Sale and Mortgage (2000)
Certification Fee (0605)
Transfer Tax
Real Property Tax & Clearance
Tax Declaration ( Land & Building)
Other budget request with government agencies
Responsible for seeking monthly taken-out report to accounting for preparation of BIR payments.
Responsible for the request and constant follow-ups of Titles and pre-signed collateral documents of CTS accounts eligible for conversion to REM with Pag-IBIG Fund.
Perform of the on-line transaction with BIR of the following various forms/documents of the buyers eligible for conversion to Real Estate Mortgage:
Expanded Withholding Tax
Documentary Stamp Tax (2000-OT)
DST Sale and Mortgage (2000)
Certification Fee (0605)
Scanning, filing and sorting of the following documents:
Tax declaration (Land & Building)- under the name Goldstar and transferred to buyer's name
Tax clearance
Transfer Tax
Real Property Tax
Transfer Certificate of Titles- under the name Goldstar and transferred converted to buyer's name
Certificate Authorizing Registration
Responsible for the filing buyer's folder and searching/retrieval of documents to those CTS taken-out for conversion to REM as well as accounts already converted.
Work collaboratively with Credit and Collection Department in the achievements of key result areas and performance metrics.
Handles borrower's concerns and complaints to address in view of restoring client satisfaction.
Photo copying of various documents for submission to governments agencies (CTS taken-out accounts for conversion to REM).
Responsible for safe keeping and replenishment of Revolving Fund to accounting.
Handles borrower's concerns regarding their account to address immediately in view of achieving customer satisfaction and coordinates with other departments for the immediate solution of borrower's concerns.
Responsible for the annotation of Deed of Assignment & Request for Payment (RFP) representing budget for annotation fees of the said buyer's & Pag-IBIG documents.
Extensive experience in a Real Estate industry specialized in processing conversion of titles and other documents;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
