The Production Controller is responsible in ensuring all accounting transactions under the Manufacturing Plants, Warehouse and Distribution Centers are recorded and reported timely and accurate. What are the Roles and Responsibilities Conduct internal audit and prepare various reports (output report and validation) Confirmation of Yield/Output; production line spot checking and tour and validate transfers from logistics. Roger's dashboard review with plant finance group Perform Plant Finance Month end closing activities. Actively participate cost control procedures, spare parts control, inventory cycle of the Manufacturing Plants, Warehouse and Distribution Centers. Monitor status of Process Orders every day and importantly at month end closing. To adhere to the Process Order Management Ensure that posting date of transactions (MvT.101, 102, 261, 262, 311, 312) are recorded on the same closing period. Performs variance calculation every Monday after 10:00 AM deadline of process order reporting of output, usage, scraps and confirmation of yield. Ensure that manual adjustments (Journal Voucher) are eliminated or minimize, correcting of transactions will not be short cut by exercising manual JV preparation. Track and monitor Inventory Count at production floor and Logistics. Create journal entries for DLVOH accruals and adjustments. Monitor and validate the automated TMC / Lean manufacturing Roger's dashboard with generated manual and SAP reports. What are the Qualifications 1-2 years of solid finance-related experience, exposed in the FMCG industry. Graduate of accounting, finance, business administration, and related courses. Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna 2 Positions are available.
