Job Contract
Responsible for managing contractual aspects of construction projects and assisting the commercial manager.
BS Engineering or Architecture graduate
Has a minimum of 5 yrs' experience in construction contracts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, legal specifications, and terminology
Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to resolve client/ contractor complaints and concerns
