Partner with finance to create and adhere to yearly IT budgets . Present plan vs. forecast to execs . Match incoming receipts, invoices, and purchase orders together for entering the Accounts Payable system. . Rationalize spend across labor, vendor, and infrastructure. Procurement . Develop procurement strategy for the organization . Develop sourcing strategies by liaising with key company employees to determine their product and service needs . Manage the end-to-end procurement process with our MSP to support project delivery and identify bottlenecks for constant improvement opportunities Software License management . Define and facilitate communication between the enterprise and its providers in order to deliver software and applications according to plan and within budget, and to ensure licensing compliance. . Support, manage, and administer contracts for software and application services and products across the organization Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Minimum of 6 years accounts payable processing experience preferably with at least two years in a large enterprise supporting high-volume accounts payable transactions. . Experience with procurement of IT systems and project delivery . Preferred Qualifications - CPPM - Certified Professional Purchasing Manager - Certification . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills . Ability to collaborate across functional areas within a company to achieve results . Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of agility . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Ability to work independently and as a team member. Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree Est.
